Shipping and delivery information. All shipments with destinations within the contiguous 48 states are shipped free of charge via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service – Priority Mail depending on certain individual product sizes. Products packaged in pails ship via UPS.
Orders are typically shipped within one business day (no orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday which means any order placed after 5 p.m. CT on Friday will typically ship on the following Monday).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For shipments to Canada, Equine Challenge pays a portion of the shipping fee, while the customer must cover the remaining charges. Equine Challenge will contact applicable customers prior to billing in order to review shipping chargers in these instances.
There are several shipping and delivery options available to those who wish to receive an order more quickly than a UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipment, though the charges associated with the upgraded shipment option will be the responsibility of the customer.
